350 recyclable plastic containers from Semi Palar School

We found out about this movement just two days ago, and boy don't we get so excited. We are so keen to be able to join in, and do something.
With so little time left, we tried to do what can to participate, to show our concerns and to build up on our commitments to do something for our planet.

In this remaining few days, we will try to collect at least 350 recyclable plastic containers (bottles, glasses) and create something from it to symbolize our concerns and our participation in this event. We planned a small gathering in our school in that day. Perhaps watch a movie or find out what others are doing in this special day around the world.

We are a small school community in the city of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. We call our school SEMI PALAR, loosely translated : growing to become hope. No matter how small, we will do our part as global citizens. And we are excited to be part of this amazing event.
