Romemu Center: Shabbat Services and Ravayah

Saturday, 24 October, 2009 - 08:30

Join Romemu on Parashat Noah at the West End Presbyterian Church (165 W 105th Street @ Amsterdam Avenue) for special Shabbat morning services on the International Day of Climate Action.

We will also incorporate the campaign into our Ravayah program, an evening of music, dancing, community, and performance that reimagines the ancient ritual of Havdalah to bring the joy of Shabbat into the week co-sponsored by the Barefoot Boogie on Saturday, October 24th 8pm-11:30pm at the JCC of Manhattan.

Romemu, a community in Manhattan led by Rabbi David Ingber integrates body, mind, heart and soul in Jewish practice. Our mission is to create an openhearted, spiritually connected and intellectually stimulating community that inspires passionate and compassionate daily living.
