Come to Rawabet theater (next to Townhouse Gallery) in 3 Hussein Me'mar St., off Nabrawy St., Downtown, and take a stand on climate change!

Agenda of the night:
* Stand up comedy
* Group picture of event participants with a 350 banner to be sent to 350.org to project
unto the wall of the UN and shown in Times Square in New York
* Screening of “The Age of Stupid” - an acclaimed drama /documentary about Climate
Change followed by a discussion with a group of experts

UPDATE: We are encouraging all attendees of this event to lower their Carbon emissions (and to help ease traffic on Rawabet) by cycling or carpooling.

البرنامج:
- عرض كوميدي

- أخد صورة للحاضرين وهم حاملين يافطات عليها 350 و الصور سوف ترسل الى المنظمة لتعرض على حائط الأمم المتحدة و في تايم سكوير الشهير في نيو يورك.

- عرض الفيلم (زمن الغباء) الذى شكر عالميا و هو عن التغير المناخي و سوف يتلي العرض نقاش مع مجموعة من المتميزيين في هذا المجال.

ما معني 350؟

350 جزء في المليون هو الحد الأمن الأقصى الذى اكتشفه العلماء لتركيز ثاني أوكسيد الكربون في المناخ.

350 هي حملة عالمية تهدف لخلق حركة لتوحيد العالم حول الحلول لحل أزمة المناخ. لذا فلقد روجت يوم أسمته يوم التحرك العالمي لحل ازمة المناخ الذي سيتم في 24 من شهر اكتوبر 2009.

الهدف هو جذب الاعلام العالمي لحث القواد في شتى أنحاء العالم الذين سيلتقون في ديسمبر في كوبنهاجن لاعداد اتفاقية مناخ عادلة و مؤثرة باستخدام 350 كحافز لتخفيض الانبعاثات..
