[4813] 350 Broadway Bins

350 people make one recycling bin each somewhere along Broadway in Manhattan, according to a set of specific designs that we lay out for them. They can write or draw whatever they want on it, but it should have one of the following slogans written on it somewhere "Can't spare any change? Make some." "Recycle to Feed NYC Homeless"
And others. The purpose of these bins is to get New Yorkers to consolidate their recyclables on the street instead of throwing bottles in the trash, making it easier for scavengers to pick up the bottles and turn them in for change at recycling centers.
