October 21, 2009 has been proclaimed Sustainability Day at the University of Denver! The student body has been a driving force in DU's progress towards sustainability and is celebrating the day with activities around campus that raise awareness about anything from recycling to the construction of a permaculture garden in the heart of campus. It may be a cold day, but don't worry! If you bring your reusable mug, we will pour you a steaming glass of apple cider!!
