Global Climate Healing Havdalah

This year, the international day of climate action falls on Shabbat Noach, when we chant the biblical story of Noah, the flood, and G-d’s promise never again to destroy the earth. As part of the 350.org International Day of Climate Action, we will chant 350 words from the Torah portion Noach, using this opportunity to explore how we can work to fulfill this promise. Please join us for a vegetarian potluck and havdalah service with Torah chanting, followed by a screening of the documentary Renewal, which chronicles environmental advocates from eight religious and spiritual communities.
