C-Day: Fill the Hill is the focal point of the largest climate action to ever take place on Canadian soil. Climate Day is about Canada Coming together to demand Change. It is a Culmination, a Critical mass, a Call for action, a Cultural tipping point. C-Day is about active Citizenship. We need to show the world that Canada Cares about its Children and the future of Earth. Join us as we Converge on Parliament Hill to demand government Commitment to a Cooler earth and Climate justice.

In London - we are approaching unions to fund buses to Ottawa. We are also looking at the remote chance of working with Western students to convert a bus to biodiesel in order to use vegetable oil recycled from restaurants.

In order to know how much money we need to raise - we need to know how many buses we will need - therefore - please contact us ASAP - to reserve a seat.

We will not be charging anything - however - we will ask each person to donate 1.00 to purchase a native / seedling - little trees we will plant to commemorate this date and to offset our carbon to get to Ottawa - we also ask you cancel a different trip you had perhaps planned to make this year. Seedlings will be purchased from VanDenNest Nursery.

Donations are welcome and appreciated if you are in the position to do so. Sponsors are also welcome and needed.

On October 24 – 350.org’s International Day of Climate Action – millions of us in virtually every country on earth will stand in solidarity for a sustainable future. What: A history-making mass mobilization to show our Parliament that, “Yes they can” make wise and just decisions when it comes to climate change. C-Day: Fill the Hill is the focal point of the largest climate action to ever take place on Canadian soil. This will be a day to remember.

Where: Parliament Hill, Ottawa – you won’t miss it. There are simultaneous events across the country for those good souls who cannot make the trek to The Hill.
