Bioneers by the Bay/New Bedford 350 Day of Action

On Saturday October 24th, during the 5th Annual Bioneers by the Bay: Connecting for Change Conference there will be a 350 Day of Climate Action Event in Downtown, New Bedford, MA, at 5:00pm.

The focus of the Bioneers by the Bay/New Bedford, MA 350 Day of Action will be to bring regional awareness to the importance of the number 350 through the demonstration of seal level rise in Downtown New Bedford and to demand international action on climate change in Copenhagen this fall. Callum Grieve of the Climate Group will speak, Climbing poeTree will perform and Tem Blessed will perform a spoken word piece. All of which will be focused on climate change and 350. In addition there will be a photo-op and a petition based action.
