At least 350 rollers (bicycles invited) will have a special 350 marathon.

On Saturday 24/10/09 7:00 in the morning, there will be busses leaving the Cinematek plaza of Tel Aviv to near the town of Beit Shemesh, 35 minutes drive.
We will roll route 38 south in order to emphasize the current ppm level of upper 380's. We will go generally down in elevation but there will be some uphill to indicate the hardship of lowering the emission level.
We will get to route 350 west, indicating the aim of 350 ppm.
The route will end at the town of Quiriyat Gat, after completing 35 km, where the busses will pick us back to Tel Aviv.

Upon arrival to the Cinematek Plaza, we will meet 12:00 more people on rollers and bike, and together we will make a 350 parade to Tel Aviv port and back.

The tour will demonstrate alternative non polluting traffic and will promote the idea of 350.org:
Lower the CO2 rate of 389ppm down to the sustainable rate of 350ppm.

At the end - we will celebrate at the Dancing Camel Brewery.
