Vigil in Portland

December, 10, 5 to 8 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 1838 SW Jefferson, Portland. Join EMO's Oregon Interfaith Power & Light (OIPL) for a Green and Fair Holiday Celebration and Vigil. Fair trade items will be available to purchase for holiday giving through AWAZ Voice for Empowerment and 20 percent of all sales will be donated to support OIPL’s end of the year challenge grant. The main program will include highlights of OIPL’s efforts and, starting at 6:30 p.m., a vigil, and slide show of the 350 International Day of Climate Action. The event is free.
