SEND A LIGHT TO COPENHAGEN

Join us for a candlelight vigil to call on the governments of the world meeting in Copenhagen to adopt the binding climate action agreement that the earth needs.
On December 12th, Saturday @ 6:15 PM, we will gather at Independence Hall on the People's Plaza, between 5th & 6th St near Market. Independence Hall, birthplace of our freedom, is the place where we will declare our independence from the tyranny of fossil fuel consumption.

This is also the second night of Hanukah, a holiday about using oil wisely and having hope in a time of darkness. This vigil is for all people who wish to bring light into the darkest time of the year. We will light candles, sing songs and call on America to be a nation at harmony with the land.
