Margaret's Boy's House, an under-resourced home for orphaned and abandoned boys in Cape Town, South Africa, today received the bright donation of a huge solar geyser as part of the 10/10/10 Global Climate Work Party campaign. The recipients were delighted as this donation will save them $250 a month in electricity costs "from here to eternity", the Margaret's House Director said.

The solar geyser was a joint donation from Inti Solar Consortium, Unilever, Solar Max and Sustainable Energy Society of South Africa. There to help receive the gift was Western Cape MEC for Social Development, Patricia de Lille, who expressed interest in such solar systems for other children's homes.
