350 Time Freeze

As we have bicycle driven "cabs" here in the Philippines, we will be enjoining people to be conscious and avail of cleaner means of transportation, and not rely much on fossil fueled vehicles.
Several "tri-sikads" (as we call these bicycle driven contraption) will bike their way from participating communities around Lahug area to the street fronting Lahug Elementary School (just below the skywalk).
Once there, they will cordon or close off the traffic from both lanes, so a previously selected 35 people can lie down on the street, forming a human 350 sign/number for 3.50 minutes. While another team goes up the skywalk and hang the 350 banners on both sides of the elevated walk.
This will "freeze" time, traffic, etc. so to speak for the people to take notice of the campaign.
