350 Musicians for the Planet
Read how these musicians are taking the lead to spread the word about 350 on the 24 October International Day of Climate Action and beyond:
Anais Mitchell
Anais Mitchell, opening for Ani diFranco this fall, will be inviting 350 organizers to table at her shows, and will be turning their Seattle concert on October 24th into a 350 action. Check out their tour to see where they'll be!
Groove Armada
Groove Armada will be playing at the main 350 action in London on 24 October. There they will be spelling out a giant 5 with their bodies, to be joined with a giant 3 in New Delhi, and 0 in Quito.
Jonny Lives! and the Eco-Lectric Tour
Jonny Dubowsky of Jonny Lives and 350.org partner Rock'N'Renew will tour 35 cities in the lead up to 24 October, spreading the word about 350 and climate change as they go. They too will be linking up with local organizers, and will be conducting sustainability projects in each city.
Daisy May and Seth Bernard
Michigan has, for some time now, been a deep resource for songwriters and roots musicians. Two favorites, Seth Bernard and Daisy May Erlewine, have been traveling and performing for most of their lives. What were great single acts are even stronger as a duo - which is great, because now they're taking on climate change with 350.org! Listen on for their two great songs, "The People's Priority" by Seth Bernard, and "Getdown to 350" by May Erlewine, and download them by clicking on the links. You can also download the sheet music to play or sing them at your rallies!

Fred Small and Sol y Canto
Unitarian Universalist minister and famed folk singer Fred Small has released not one, but two 350 songs - "Three Five Oh" in English and in Spanish. Hear them here first, and please donate to the cause to help them create a great music video to spread around the world! And download the lyrics to sing at your rally: English - Spanish
The Gallerists
Iva Dior and Jason Allan Orr make up The Gallerists, a duo from West Sussex, England. The Gallerists contributed a fabulous song to the 350 team's previous campaign, Step It Up, and we couldn't have been happier to get their brand new 350 song. Hear it here, first:

Singer/songwriter Dave Carroll brings us a beautiful new 350 tune. Download the mp3 here, or watch the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2mzfMuRUOig

Understanding 350
- So, what is global warming and what's the problem anyway?
- And what does this 350 number even mean?
- If we're already past 350, are we all doomed?
- How do we create the political change to steer towards 350?
- How do we get the world on track to get to 350?
- How do we actually reduce carbon emissions to get to 350??
- Will this thing work? Will world leaders listen?
- Where did this 350 number come from?
- Isn't America the biggest source of the problem? What about China and India?
- 350 is just a number. Wouldn't "Climate Emergency" or "Clean Energy Now" be a better call to action?
- And what about all the other targets people are aiming for?
- Why October 24th?
- Why another organization--there are already too many things going on!
- Do you measure 350 in CO2 or CO2e?
